I share your frustration over the "tight-lipped" approach IDCC takes toward shareholder communications, although it may well be that approach is advisable in anything having to do with the ERICY suit. The issue to me is who will bear the consequences of actions taken by frustrated investors. It appears that those most vocal here for the strongest possible shareholder action, no matter the form or audience, are assuming that the investors will bear none, or very little, of the consequences of such action. IMHO, it is far more likely that it is the investors who will be hurt the most particularly when some of the "bull in a china shop" approaches suggested here are the type of shareholder actions taken. That may be especially true for members of this board who have been reminded once again as a result of the 1/28 "rumor" that a significant number of our members have a highly leveraged and overly concentrated position in IDCC which necessitates that they keep their fingers on the sell trigger at all times.
