All this furor about stockholders taking individual action to try to help the stock is a result of terrible investor relations.
This company has never understood the importance of informing its investors about its operations. We have been frustrated for years about almost every issue, not just ERICY.
I am not a lawyer so I don't know what IDCC can say about the suit. I would hope that some simple non-prejudical statement are possible. i.e. We are pursuing the case vigorously and the delay in the trial date is a) at the court's request B) Proposed by the parties. Mediation talks continue or have been suspended since (date)
We plan to discuss licensing rates with Nokia and Samsung at the conclusion of the dispute.
I still hope that IDCC would realize the importance of keeping their loyal investor base informed or bear the consequences of any actions that frustrated investors take. JMVHO
