The value here is based upon the association of Dahlman Rose as advisors.

What value has DR added to SRSR? I may have missed it, but I do not believe anyone on this board has any conformation what DR has directly done, or will be doing for SRSR.

The value here is based upon tremendous mineral valuation, even more so by the multiple potential spin-offs.

We have not NI recognized Mineral valuation. The "tremendous" mineral valuation is only speculation at this time. Not disagreeing that the valuation is not going to be present in the future, but it is not currently been proving by this management team.
