The value here is based upon assays and drilling results.
This is known.
The value here is based upon the association of Dahlman Rose as advisors.
The value here is based upon tremendous mineral valuation, even more so by the multiple potential spin-offs.

The PRs have nothing to do with the "value" unless you are simply flipping.
