We have not NI recognized Mineral valuation. The "tremendous" mineral valuation is only speculation at this time. Not disagreeing that the valuation is not going to be present in the future, but it is not currently been proving by this management team.

We have 20,000,000 tons of 0.47% Nb2O5 classified as inferred under NI 43-101 guidelines. It might not be proven, but it's a lot different than "speculation" in my mind...

This forum does not take objective criticism very well. I happen to agree with your post. Until they bring product to market much here is speculation.Just cause the value is assessed does not mean they can bring it to market. I hope they can, but it's important to remember this is a pink and we get very little real confirmable DD.
