they completely lied to me through e-mail and said my ballots were mailed on the 23rd,I still havent recieved anything, they never mailed them! When i called monday last week they could not tell me anything except i needed to overnite my ballot to them, That is crap that they screwed everything up and now many people could lose their money. As soon as this is all over I am transferring everything to etrade. Sharebuilder is completely incompetant and i wouldnt suggest anyone ever using them!!!
