If you need Voting Ballots I have them from TD Ameritrade and will send them to you just email me [e-mail] but your not going to be voting.
The ballots are all the same as far as I can tell. Just different for each class your voting.

I too have never received the ballots they supposedly mailed out. However, I did request them to email the forms, which many here have done. Sharebuilder is straight up lying and should pay for it.

Same happened to me, they told me they were mailed, I still have not received them, I emailed them to please send to me by email, at first they told me they could not do that. I said, "you do realize that I could lose my shares because of this crap" then all of a sudden they emailed them to me, I chose to overnight them because I did not trust them. Then I emailed them after I knew they were received and had them confirm it by email and also had then confirm that my shares were locked since I could not see them as locked
