I did not received a Return envelope from USSA nor Pershing brokerage. Howerve, I call their corporate action div and was given an addressed to mail the ballot to which was to their Corporate Action Div and not to KCC. Mailed last night, cost me $4.25 ea, but was confirm deliver for Monday with signature receipt.

Please check with your Brokerage before mailing!!!
