If you recieved a "Return Envelope", all you would need is postage (If not prepaid) and a delivery-confirmation slip filled out at the post office....I would let them place it on the envelope after they apply the postmark to the stub that you keep.
But if they didn't provide a return-envelope, and your stock is common-equity-intrests, class 22 it needs to go to KCC.
I think its sad, none of the broker house's have communicated Properly to their clients.
Return-envelope= send to the address on it.
No return-envelope=Send to the address listed in the second-page of the 7 page court document, that should have come with the ballot.
