Because English isn't my native language I asked you the following (#358607):

At the end of HJMW's last order, approved, granted and signed:

...I'm not able to understand the following, outlined on page 30/31:
"64. The Debtors are authorized, in their sole discretion, to take or refrain from taking any action necessary or appropriate to implement the terms of and the relief granted in this Order without seeking further order of the Bankruptcy Court."

...does it mean: "...all foregoing rules and regulations, were approved and granted by court.
...but if Debtors are not ready to do so, then they may do it, as they like it?"
