I'm a humble, old and desperate man, living in Europe.
English isn't my native language....

...but I'm very interested and try to fight for my rights.
...but does it help anyway?

It's so funny to read all the sophisticated motions, orders, notices, certificates ....
written by a lawyer, honorable and well known for his cleverness!
...and up to now, I didn't find anyone, standing up and crying out loudly:
"Enough is enough, either stand behind the law, or let it be!"

Then I have read carefully the last order of 1/13/2012 signed by the HJMW:

http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229120116000000000002.pdf
ORDER (I) APPROVING THE PROPOSED DISCLOSURE
STATEMENT AND THE FORM AND MANNER OF
THE NOTICE OF THE PROPOSED DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
HEARING, (II) ESTABLISHING SOLICITATION AND VOTING
PROCEDURES, (III) SCHEDULING A CONFIRMATION HEARING,
AND (IV) ESTABLISHING NOTICE AND OBJECTION PROCEDURES
FOR CONFIRMATION OF THE DEBTORS’ SEVENTH AMENDED PLAN

In 31 pages it seems, there is absolutely nothing forgotten. Every single Rule of US-Code, every Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure, all Local Rules of Bankruptcy Practice and Procedure of UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF DELAWARE etc. ....absolutly nothing has been left!

EVERYTHING is in relation to the law and has been approved.

"NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. The Motion is GRANTED as set forth herein."

...and now I ask you if my english is so poor, that I'm not able to understand the following, outlined on page 30/31:

"64. The Debtors are authorized, in their sole discretion, to take or refrain from taking any action necessary or appropriate to implement the terms of and the relief granted in this Order without seeking further order of the Bankruptcy Court."

...does it mean: "...all foregoing rules and regulations, were approved and granted by court. ...but if you are not ready to do so, then do it as you like it?

Answers are appreciated!
