So if I am understanding you... prior to (CVE) going IPO, investors (owning restricted shares) would be able to buy more 'pre'listed (CVE) shares? Or are you saying that any investors would be able to get 'pre'listed shares.

Sorry for being confused, this is the first time I've [owned] restricted, 'pre-listed' divie shares... not sure of all the little nuances. TIA
