MB- their intent was to list/uplist/IPO CVE. Also their wording some time ago was to have CVE (and CAVR) make dividends. If CVE ever IPOs, there would be a new declare date for divie payouts (if we ever get that far and they decide to pay out a divie) that would encompass any shares held, regardless of the last August cutoff for the Restricted Shares, and the declare date would have to be set so that investors have time to buy in. Then there is also the down-the-line stock splits that can occur.
