No. Not even referring to shares, regular monetary dividends. Once CVE IPOs and becomes a regular stock, it could begin paying monetary dividends per share. AFTER it IPOs, it could announce dividend payable, and would have the date it annouced (declare date) for upcoming ex-dividend date.
