EC is in place and being run by those who have indeed kept the stock holders in the fight.

Complain as we may, at some point the deal has to go down.

Releases are not being traded.

The incentive for the EC, debtor and creditors to stay the course is clear; there's money in them thar' hills, i.e. up ahead with this corp emerging from BK.

There will be some unresolved creditor issues even after BK, it appears. That may depress the PPS for awhile.
