I mentioned the Private placement investors to....



Leon Zhou and Eddie Yu they dont seem to give a crap about them basically they brushed it off when I mentioned the Private placement holders.


This is what I said to Eddie 2 conversations ago.


Eddie is there a possible reverse split coming?

He management is thinking everyday how to get AMEX listing he though out rough numbers like 1 for 5 or 1 for 10 something to that effect.

I said to him well wont your private placement holders be upset?

He said again Management has a plan and they will try to execute it .

When I mentioned last night about the private placement holders to Leon he stayed silnet for a bit then said that they are trying to file for AMEX shortly and went into the possibility of the split...... But Leon is aware of Standard #3

It seems like its on their minds. For CTGLF to make .30 is not impossible. Under standard #3 CTGLF would more than meet the requirements.
