We do not want or need a R/S. We should just stay on OTCBB if we do not meet requirement 3. The price of the stock would have to be approximately .30 to qualify and pretax income for CTGLF would have to be 50 million. The rest of req. 3 is a piece of cake from what I see. Chinawatcher has stated several times that CTGLF WILL NOT STAND FOR A REVERSE SPLIT due the private investors 6 million+ holding.
