IMO, for the first time in the company's history, IDC is negoiating with licensees from a position of strength. Once the arb money is in the bank, and it will be, IDC will have fulfilled the last prerequisite for future earnings. IDC will have 350-400 million in the bank and a strong 3g portfolio.
Nokia is in the net and WM is bringin her into the boat. The others will be much easier to bring in.
