That's why I said at a minimum. There are places that ambient temps are hot enough year round that a 50 degree rise would be sufficient. And 3 home would be sufficient if your using water conserving appliances and shower heads. As long as folks didn't try to use everything at the same time.

I have no clue whats going on so don't listen to me.
