Just wondering about this immunity thing, You know the one where the SEC gave certain individuals immunity in exchange for their testimony against Rufus Harris, Ben Stanley, Darryl Horton, and cshC. As stated earlier if these individuals recieved immunity from prosecution then it is a fact that these folks broke the law or at the least the SEC thought they broke the law

With that said, I just wonder how that immunity thing would hold up in a civil action, let's say a CLASS ACTION brought on by defrauded shareholders. Wouldn't it make sense that the class action suit name these immune persons as defendents due to their unlawful actions ( those that immunity forgave) as well as being conspirators and co-conspirators

I guess if this were the case then immunity will be a big zero, right?
