I suspect it would have to be a hostile takeover.



I would not expect the insiders at Wave to show the least bit of hostility toward an offer that they perceived to be in their own interests --- not that they have much actual equity to get hostile with. And it is not reasonable to think that retail shareholders could act in concert. So I think the dig space benchmark of $1 billion or so --- perhaps $9 per share --- would sail.
