How will you vote on AS increase ?

I will vote NO. I don't care what the reason is. GTE now has banks to loan money from and institutional holders. No reason to keep raping individual investors anyomore by issuing more and more shares. What was the reason for R/S so they can keep issuing shares so we will get again to 1.5B outstanding.

VOTE NO !!!!
