RESOURCES in the 43-101 are KEY. Company can be bought out whether its profitable or not. The .com's were being bought out with no profits. The gold mining stocks are next. There are thousands of companies that are bought out, some not even showing a single dollar in revs let alone profitable.
Its our resources and inventory that major producers look for.
