YMI..$1.80 There was a key point that was not noticed by most investors with regards to their study update in December at ASH. http://ash.confex.com/ash/2011/webprogram/Paper41363.html

"The authors of the abstract conclude that CYT387 appears to be well tolerated when administered in either a once or twice-daily dosing regimen, and shows substantial clinical activity in myelofibrosis, with improvements in splenomegaly and constitutional symptoms. In addition, CYT387 continues to demonstrate an ability to induce durable anemia responses in a subset of subjects."

What is bolded is what separates CYT387, a JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor, from the other ones. It is the only one that induces durable anemia responses! This makes them attractive to a potential company that wants that compound or the company.
