Great points Investordisciple, a well-written opinion of yours. It's great to see this message board discards negative emotions to focus on valid and constructive perspectives.

I also agree with many of your points, in my opinion, while investors' updates are definitely appreciated and serve as a plus, it would be much better if BIEL and its management stops beating around the bush and answers directly to investors' valid concerns. I understand they are not required to report to the SEC as of now, but I would much rather for them to report honestly and forthcoming to us shareholders.

In response to your concerns, I would recommend Colorofmoney, because Color seems to be one of the few here that has decent relationship with Andy and constantly receives answers to his inquiries.

If you are reading this Color, could you please respond and be kind enough to talk to Andy and update us on the majority of investors' concerns posted on this board when your time permits? Thanks in advance :)
