Two weeks before the investor conference, Andy said that the FDA told them to call back in a week. The week they were to call back, the consultant BIEL works with, was out. So the week of the conference, the consultant should have tried to contact the FDA.
Now, that was just over a month ago. In that time, am I to understand the consultant has not called them to bug them? Andy hasn't said that directly, but he has said the FDA hasn't asked anything more of them and it seems a bit odd to me. I was under the impression that we would have at least been told that he has called them and they are, at minimum, saying they are still reviewing the case.
Now you can say 'contact him yourself', but this particular area is something I simply haven't gotten a response to. My recent attempts for contact have gone unanswered.
And while I appreciate the investor updates, the pending money maker is the FDA news, which unfortunately doesn't get updated very often.
I'm still very happy with the fact that they provide the investor updates, because I think that says a lot from a small company like this. It shows me that they are still rolling and I want the company to succeed as a whole. So please don't try to bash what I'm saying, but the more important piece of information is what we currently lack updates on. I would be good with it simply being updated to say 'still nothing from them, we've called several times and they are still working on reviewing the applications'.
"Things are happening" is simply something I don't care to read anymore, since this is such a slow process and they themselves just said (investor update 11/3) that their previous distributors over the last few years were crap and they are redoing everything in that area right now. AKA everything from at least 2 years ago is being washed away and we have started over. Leading back to my point, the main focus I wish they would keep us abreast on, is the one thing we don't seem to receive updates on.
Now I know 'we'll hear something when they do', but at the same time, not even being told what I wrote in my second short paragraph makes you wonder what's going on. And ultimately, we're all here to make some money off of this. If things are going to be delayed further and some small bit of info isn't shared, I'd be remiss and desire to place at least some portion of the money elsewhere for the time being.
This is mainly another attempt to keep conversation going. While I do believe what I stated, please don't feel this is a personal attack at any one thing directly. This of course, is all my own opinion and I do not speak for anyone other than myself.
