As per the current charts and the way the stocks are trading, I would have to say the market is not reacting to a positive outcome for our mediation. I have scanned the different tools I use and I am not seeing what I wanted to see at this time. As we all know it is really hard to keep a lid on "loose lips" with the amount of focus on Innisder Trading in this courtroom, it is possible, the lawyers are actually keeping their traps shut, but I would not bet the farm on it.

We know how SG is with their negotiations, but the others, I don't trust them and it would have been easy to call distant relatives/friends with the news. However, disbarrment could end up being a big outcome in this case, so I can't back up my statement with any hard facts, other than it would be career suicide to trade these stocks or make phone calls of such, if you are anywhere near that mediation table.

We will see real soon, the charts show no promise at this point.

I orignally said

1. 80% settlement
2. 15% need more time
3. 5% no SNH's settlement of claims

My limb may just break again, oh well, I hope my bones are made of rubber this time.
