JMW is aware of the $54B claim filed by JPM/FDIC as acknowledged in her 1/7/11 opinion letter. There appears to be no court record of Debtors consul approving the merits of this claim which they are required to do since they are the legal representatives of the estate. Therefore, the claim has no merit. However, the Debtors went and used the claim to substantiate the GSA which JMW has since called F&R. That puts the Debtors, JPM, FDIC, JMW and BR/WGM all in a pickle. This is getting more and more exciting with each passing day!
