the 2010 financials are completed, but have not been signed off on from the auditor yet, according to the CEO. As if the first half of 2011.

Nobody has suggested it will wait until spring, but nice attempt to spread false rumors.

He apologized for the wait. Explained that the delay was due to the lengthy process to get the contracts approved by the OPA. Then said the S-1 will coincide with construction. Makes sense, seeing how construction represents their first major revenues. This is all common sense ppl.

500 shares traded yesterday, yet this stock closed down significantly. Looks like someone is trying to manipulate it down. What i dont understand is, why bother, if its not being shorted ?
