Lown, I don't think we can call this "low-volume accumulation" any longer. Today's only trade and the low $.42 closing price reflects that all of the hype from the PSC "awareness campaign" has now dissipated. Even worse, the patient shareholders are now holding large amounts of unregistered (nontrading) shares pending the S-1 Registration filing. Since the Company is arguably now in its best situation in years, it will be interesting to see what happens if and when the S-1 filing and the related audit reports become public.

I recently read that the 2010 audit has not been done yet. As I suggested earlier, what's the hurry when the auditors can do both the 2010 and 2011 audit reports together in the spring before the S-1 is filed any day, any day?
