However did you read anywhere that ECDC and ZSTN are no longer talking? or is that just the conclusion you reached. The last time I spoke to ECDC they said they were still in discussion with ZSTN, what the discussion may be about whether stealing or not stealing technology is not an indication of a failed deal. Companies negotiate all type so terms in their deals. And what the heck if they don't reach agreement.

I have searched the web and I am yet to see where the company says its whole business strategy is built around ZSTN. It is obvious to all of us with yesterdays announcement that is not the case.

I don't like the ZSTN deal anyway based on the reports we have seen about Chinese company's with fake financial reports and fake business. If I was the company I will slow down carefully.

So why trying to start something where there is nothing to start.
