According to another poster on the yahoo board ECDC made their last offer to ZSTN and are waiting to here back. They are worried that the Chinese may try to steal their technology. Ya know that sounds awfully familiar oh thats right I posted about this twice. The first time when it was first anounced and again a few weeks ago. Of course it was overlooked both times due to the rose colored googles worn by most on this board.
