I hate to say it, but adding LG to the lawsuit is definitely not a good sign. That means they aren't likely involved in any buyout scenario, and that the licensing renewal discussions aren't going well. The buyout candidates for this company are narrowing. I'm not too confident in the prospects of going back to business as usual with this management group. How many conference calls have we listened to where management gives us positive words about Nokia and LG. Now we're starting a lawsuit with both? This is not good. I hope the advisors can come up with a buyer, or at least a good strategic relationship to give this company and their patent portfolio the strength we all think they deserve.
