If it's true that anyone can use the port, and that they would require 6 months lead time on large shipments, then mark pr'inthat an agreement was met between him and the port, didnt really justify a PR considering other news that wasn't PR. Technically he did have an agreement, but so could anyone else lol. I won't call it misleading as what he said was true. Perhaps an investor (like myself) would assume or imagine it was a bigger deal than it really was. I think that's what this port topic is about. I don't think it's bash worthy but it is an example of some amateur marketing amnd PR .
