lawsuits and litigations,is that the reaonf for the late filings,i have been watching this closely but it looks they have lot of mess to be cleaned up before they make teh filings i will not be surprised to see this back at 0.0005 to enter at that levels or else the revenues of aclor look promising(If they are not cooked figures like chinese do)
