They seem to want him to provide documentation of various things. That would be a step in the right direction.

But merely "proving" that he holds the concession or concessions in question isn't a big deal. He probably does. After all, we know he optioned it to Stellar in the mid-90s, and then attempted to sell it through a real estate agent in 2007.

The real questions center on the outrageous valuations he's been placing on the gold in the ground.

Not to mention the stock issuances and all the rest.
