BTW, I especially liked the part where the analyst said that the judge has clearly placed the onus on the noteholders to settle the IT claims, because I posted that exact thought yesterday. Also, the analyst thought that there might even be enough evidence on the issue that Walrath has already seen/heard to possibly support summary judgment on the issue if this goes to trial. Boy, I really think the noteholders are going to have just take one on the chin if they want a settlement.
