I think that Susman SUSPECTED IT in this case.Let's not forget that in many BK cases before this,hedge funds have been pulling the same tricks.

I believe Susman just added 2+2 and figured that it was going on in the WAMU BK too.

The New York Times article just posted by W3 Research confirms my suspicions..........eom
