This brings up the question;

Did Susman know about the IT before Nate brought it up and did he intend to pursue this angle for the POR confirmation... OR was there already enough out there (and under seal)to kill the plan?

Just as with poker, I'm finding out with BK that it is not always necessary to play your cards all at once.

Maybe it was more of an attention grabber to have Nate expose the IT rather than an EC lawyer, Who the hell knows, but one thing is for sure.....
