That's all well and dandy if the company is actually making a profit. So far CBAI has not made one penny in the black. So, Matt is accountable to a greater degree here. He has not made the shareholders any money, yet he draws a nice salary, his wife draws a nice salary and they take nice vacations..etc.

CEOs reward themselves much much more handsomely.
And thirdly, I don't care what a CEO does with her/his money. If they want to take great vacations, more power to them.
That's where I'm coming from.
