just returned home..thanks for response PsD..i speak un poco espaniol, so can assistants speak english as well as the Prez? my questions to them will be...is the DR govt. accepting lease and/or buy proposals for Hippo track?...if so, when was the beginning bid date and when is the final date for submittals? also, what is standard protocol for govt bids? - ie-govt places an open/closing bid submit date for track in news media. i will inquire if he is familiar with cgaq interest. finally, do you have any other phone numbers for contacts that may also have knowledge of track sale? a means of checks and balances to confirm Prez comments. (possibly a name and number for big whig with desk at the track?). glty
