informative and I for one would like to keep it private for now. If I

Try the Vice minister First. You will find that contrary to what Mr. Swank
has said in the Press releases, about keeping things confidential until a
final agreement is signed is just plain and simple B.S..

If they ( the Commissioners for the Dominican Republic) were to find
out he has been saying that, they in my opinion would no longer do any
negotiations with him.
