It is my understanding from the conversations, that I had and indeed from the Press releases put out
by CGAQ, together with the alleged , " Letter of Approval " which as we all know, I received much
criticism, when I noted that it was only a Letter of Acceptance , that it was a situation where CGAQ
approached ( unsolicited ) Government track officials with an offer to lease and buy the racetrack.

I believe it's best to call after 5 P.M. Eastern Standard time. He appears to be out most
of the day on Official work outside the office. As I previously said, the telephone will be answered by a
receptionist, who will ask you who you wish to speak to. She will then transfer the call to the Pres.
Secretary who will ask you questions, in reference as to why you wish to speak to the President.

After noting down the reasons she may ask you if it's OK to transfer the call to one of his assistants.
You may then do so or if not leave your name and telephone number for him to return the call.

My advice is to speak to an assistant, otherwise you may have to call again if he failed to call back on the first try.

By the way you have to speak in Fluent Spanish and slowly to his secretary. PsD.
