Then if I shake hands on the idea, I might send a delegation of high ranking company officials to America to visit with lawyers from Mark's company to draw up some final agreement plans.. All this is just speculation on my part, but if Mark isn't diluting he must have had some kind of a plan for those extra shares... LOL!
