Let me have a swing at this fastball.. If I was a nearly billion dollar company in China and wanted to increase my value by going public, in an American stock market, would I apply to get listed outright? Naw probably not.. Too much legal crap and political mumbojumbo.. What is my next choice? Maybe call my old friend Mark, who I have dealt with for 20 years, and who has a fledgling tractor/implement company that is already listed on an American exchange, and ask if he would consider a merger. I say.. Hey Mark.. why don't do raise your authorized share structure, give us X% and we reverse merge as one company with 2 separate divisions, and own billion dollar market cap from the getgo.. Our shareholders and our companies would experience phoenominal instantanious wealth, plus we can both expand at a much greater rate being joined at the hip..

Just thinking out loud here but... "Anything that flies that far should have a flight attendant on it!" LOL!
