MASTA you are right and that's very clear now they do not intend to become fully reporting,well then as said to you in my last post I smell they surely might go for a reverse split in an endeavor to bring the price to $1 post split and get a listing at a bigger stock exchange to comply with the minimum price condition,surely actor belongs to that category and I personally feel it will be good for all as I feel they will not take that 7 mio funding with so many stipulated conditions and rather once they get a listing on a major stock exchange they will have better options of big ticket investors

Well in that case before they go for split I am sure they will possibly look for a price of say .05 and then may be go for a 1:20 split
