re. S-1. This was filed under previous management as I'm sure most of the quarter was as well. Game has changed now.

41% is about the exact same number as my share calculation posted a few days ago. Interesting eh?

As for reverse split, I agree. Way too many shares out there at an extremely low price. RS may make sense to Aclor/MITZ considering the majority of stock is owned by the insiders.
