I can't believe what I just read on GERS Skunkhunter... What happened here would seem almost unbelievable if it wasn't backed by timeline's, patents, statements, and over a hundred million in unnecessary loses to shareholders in order for GERS to stay afloat.
After knowing what I know now and after rereading the statement regarding the issue from ICM, it should've never even needed to go to a hearing in the first place in my opinion. Ignorance only goes so far in the Corporate World, Main Street America don't take kindly to thieves, especially when there's proof from day one. My opinion's only getting stronger regarding this issue, I personaly feel my investment in GERS is worth way more than I oringinally anticipated and there's no way a judge or jury would ever rule against this type of ignorance.
I hope they don't settle and end up losing everything to Greenshift, maybe that would paint a better picture of all the households they stole from by knowing damn well who invented the process all along. People can try to paint a picture of KK being a thieve all they want, the true investor that uses due dillegence in making large investments will surely see the truth and be more than willing to invest in a hundred bagger. This company is only getting stronger and the truth always has a way of coming to light.
I knew something didn't make sense from the first day I looked into this company and especially after a billion dollar company like Sunoco signed with them. Pay attention investors, this may in fact be as rare as it gets. $$$
