Dave V, ICM etc... should settle now before it's too late. The longer it drags on the more their liability piles up. They could all lose thir businesses. And at the same time damage their images in the industry.
Sooner or later their going to reach a breaking point and logically if they want to survive say uncle.
Just admit guilt pay the settlement, license with GreenShift and get back to doing business, the legal right way. If they illogically press forward and drag it on they will most likely lose their businesses.
