Joe,

If there is not a settlement this thing could drag on for years. We cannot last that long without getting rid of the toxic debt and we need the settlement to do this. I hope KK can swallow his pride and do what is best long term for the company not for his father's name. Do you think the PPS will hold into next year with YAGI diluting the heck out of the company because they can contractually?
